All MobiLink, Voxell and Bytton products are considered either “self install” or “plug and play”.Each order should specify a configuration preference, e.g. for the proposed network provider of the SIM in the Bytton.C21 Communications will offer the following additional support:

First 24 hours

C21 Communications will be pleased to offer telephone support to a customer on the above equipment for a period of 24 hours FREE OF CHARGE from delivery of unit.All that is required is a simple registration.

Warranty

All MobiLink, Voxell and Bytton products are sold with 12 months return to base warranty from date of delivery.C21 Communications will endeavour to repair any faulty items within 5 working days of receipt of the unit at it offices shown below.If repair is impossible or uneconomic C21 Communications reserves the right to replace the faulty unit with a similar unit and return to the customer.

3 year extended warranties.All warranties are “Return to base”

An extension to the standard one year warranty can be purchased to provide a total of 3 years warranty.

3 year extended warranty can be purchased as follows:

All Mobilink Models: £100.00 for extended 3 year warranty
All Voxell Models: £150.00 for extended 3 year warranty
All Bytton Models: £190.00 for extended 3 year warranty
